Tryazon's Orange Crate Party This Weekend!

This weekend we celebrated my son's birthday party and along with that, guests got to try delicious Orange Crate cheeseballs, hot dips and cold dips - compliments of Trayzon and Orange Crate.  The appetizers were very easy to prepare, tasted gourmet and received many compliments from those who tried them!  Guests had the opportunity to sample a country vegetable chees ball, artichoke & parmesan dip, pizza flavored dip, lemon dill dip, onion & chives dip, red chipolte pepper dip, garlic cheeseball, onion cheeseball and sundried tomato dip.  Each one had it's own unique flavor and every one of them were delicious!  Below is a picture of some of the dips/cheeseballs that were served (others were served indoors) and of some of the party guests.  I highly recommend Orange Crate food items - they are unlike any seasoning packets you could buy at the grocery store and truly taste gourmet (without all the prepwork that it takes to make gourmet food!)  To order, you can visit http://www.orange-crate.com/.  #trayzon  #orangecate

Tested L'Oréal Paris Ultimate Straight Advanced Hair Care Set

I recently received a complimentary set, compliments of Influenster, of L'Oréal Paris Smooth Intense Ultimate Straight for hair.  This set includes a straightening shampoo, pre-conditioner, conditioner and pefecting balm.

I was immediately hooked from the first bottle I opened - the shampoo left my hair feeling the softest it's EVER felt.  I don't know if it is the kera-tourmaline, but this product really WORKS!  My normal hair type is wavy and frizzy and this product line relaxed the strands of hair, making it much easier for me to straighten my unruly hair. 

Next, I applied the pre-conditioner and left it in my hair for only 1 minute as the directions on the back stated (how quick and easy is this?!).  And then the conditioner - for 1-3 minutes - the perfect amount of time to wash my face and finish up any last minute showering.  Once I towel dried my hair, I coated it with a dime-size amount of the perfecting balm, which seals in the keratin and protects hair against heat up to 450 degrees.  I then let my hair air-dry for a few hours and then finished up with a hair straightener.  I love that the perfecting balm protects my hair from any heat damage that would normally occur from the straight iron (and I get the skip the step of having to spray my hair with a separate hair protector).  In the end, my hair is now shiny, sleek, smooth and very soft.  I've tried other straightening products in the past that haven't worked half as well as this.  It is a must-try for those of you who desire super straight, healthy hair!

Since I've been such a huge fan of Quaker Steel Cut 3-Minute Oatmeal (sugar & cinnamon variety) since the day I tried it, I decided to try the blueberry & cranberry version.  It has the same great texture and a good texture, but I still prefer to add my own fresh berries, chopped walnuts and hemp/chai seeds for added nutritional boost.  Quaker now sells a 25 oz. container of plain Steel Cut 3-Minute Oatmeal, which I will be buying from here on out because then I can easily customize the flavors and control the sugar for my kids.  I'm already dreaming of the possibilities for my new breakfasts.  Possible add-ins could include local maple syrup, strawberry jam, dried apricots, cherries, figs, blueberries, sliced almonds, toasted coconut, greek yogurt, granola, bananas, warm cooked apples, orange blossom honey, raisins, etc.  The possibilities are endless!

I am LOVING my new breakfast these days!

Here is me trying my newest product, compliments of BzzAgent.  Quaker now offers Quick 3-Minute Steel Cut Oatmeal packets to their line of products!  I was VERY excited to try this one because my family loves oatmeal and I have always been a fan of steel cut oats, but not the time involved in making them (45 minutes to an hour).  Now I can make my family a very fast, very healthy meal before heading to school and work.  I love that the first ingredient listed on the box is whole grain steel cut oats and that this product is made of all natural ingredients.  Now THIS is a product I feel good about feeding my kids!

Still Loving Tone® Petal Soft Body Wash!

I am still using Tone® Petal Soft Body Wash in the shower and love the difference it has made on my skin.  My skin is softer and more radiant than ever before.  Each time I shower, I feel like I'm at the spa!

For those of you who have not tried Tone^® Body Wash and Bath Bars, I highly recommend it!  I recently received a sample via BzzAgent to try out the body wash and was amazed at the results!  This winter has been especially cold and my skin was extremely dry, cracked and flaky upon receiving the sample.  Once I started using the body wash, I started noticing a difference in my skin right away.  After only a week of using it, my skin is hydrated, glowing and doesn't itch.  As a bonus, the smell of this body wash will leave you feeling like you just visited a spa!
